Your order may be shipped from China, UK, USA, or Europe warehouses, depending on product availability.

🔄 Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Returnable Items
You can return or exchange items within the warranty period if they:
- Arrive faulty, damaged, or broken.
- Are received in the wrong size, color, or variant.
14-Day Return Window
If the product is brand-new and in its original condition, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Submit a “Return or Exchange” ticket within 14 days to start the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted if the item:
- Is outside the warranty period.
- Has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or had tags removed.
Return Instructions
- Submit a “Return or Exchange” ticket to our customer service to get the correct return address.
- Do not send items back to the original shipping label address. Packages sent to the wrong address cannot be processed, and we cannot be held responsible.
